National TV personality Andrea Jackson is a 4x Emmy-nominated anchor & reporter at Fox 35 in Orlando, FL. 

She’s been with the Fox O&O affiliate since 2014.  She solo anchors GDO weekend mornings from 8-10AM and covers early morning anchor duties and the consumer beat during the weekdays.


Andrea lends equal parts gravitas and grace with her ability to connect with audiences.  From breaking the Pulse Nightclub story, to covering hurricanes, weather and rocket launches, hosting political debates and talking sports and entertainment, she’s adept at covering it all. 


Jackson spent 2011 as a freelance morning reporter and weekend anchor for the NBC affiliate WESH in Orlando, FL covering the high profile Casey Anthony trial.

Jackson got her start at KGTV, the ABC affiliate in San Diego as a weather and traffic anchor.  Andrea also covered the entertainment beat and hosted the station’s Oscar red carpet coverage live from the Academy Awards.  She was nominated for her first Emmy breaking the La Mesa bus hijacking story from the stations helicopter Sky 10. 

She then moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a traffic and weather anchor for KNBC before launching the national morning show ‘The Daily Buzz’ as host and managing editor.

Jackson also debuted the lifestyle show ‘Life Love Shopping’ on WEtv, while hosting ‘The Daily Buzz.’

A few of Jackson's biggest highlights during her TV news career including pulling 9.2G's with the USAF Thunderbirds in an F-16.  Her interviews with former President Carter and Marvel’s Stan Lee follow a long list of fascinating politicians, celebrities, athletes and business leaders she’s interviewed.

Andrea ventured into the mobile app world and launched the smartphone app ‘Wake Up Call TV’ featuring a daily video newscast cued by an alarm clock for iPhone and Android. 

She also created ‘Stable 8 TV,’ an internet channel and website, devoted to equestrian television programming. This venture gave Jackson the opportunity to flex her talents behind the camera showcasing her unique brand of storytelling.

Andrea graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Film and Political Science.    

She’s an active member of SAG, AFTRA and the Broadcast Film Critic's Association.

In her spare time Andrea loves to review movies, watch sports and compete in equestrian show jumping events.
